Although it's not the standard format on The Blanket Effect to present information that has not been thoroughly scientifically tested, a recent series of events involving fish die-offs and bird die-offs worldwide has caused considerable speculation in the media.
To add to the debate, I offer 3 Magnetometer Chain diagrams from the HAARP facility in Alaska recorded at the time of three of the reported die-offs, with a current diagram as a comparison. -Editor
