HAARP and Barium Testing Denied

(Below is a quote from a letter recently received on June 15, 2008 by Blanket Effect's founder A. de Roche from Congressman Bart Stupak, in response to a letter that was sent to Mr. Stupak asking him to look into barium spraying and the HAARP project .
