REPORT ON THE USE OF ELAT TECHNOLOGY IN MEXICO

INTRODUCTION [OF RESEARCH INFORMATION]:


In 1988, the foundations were prepared for a new theory of electrical interaction with the body of a surrounding environment, which is based on the assumption that the electrostatic field are shields by the neutral field.

II THEORETICAL BASIS OF ELAT TECHNOLOGY

4.1 CONDITIONS OF THE MAKING

They used two seasons. ELAT... operated from May 31 to July 22, 1996. The first (ELAT-1) was located within the grounds of the Central Thermal CFE in Puerto Libertad, Son.
The other station (ELAT-2) ... stood at a distance of 27 km east of the first [and] worked from 8 july to 22 July.
